I would assume that you would just get a degree in a language or doube major in two languages.

The study english you are interpreting if youre going from your question it would seem that in both languages you know the study of english better so you probably know the grammar and sentence structure any university or even.

You need a bachelors in a foreign language. Every university in CA offers a bachelors in a foreign language.
